Amethyst Assessment Centre has been set up by experienced mental health clinicians and between us have over 100 years of experience of working with children, young people, and adults with a wide variety of mental health and developmental conditions.

We provide comprehensive assessments and diagnosis for Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). We are a multi-disciplinary team, consisting of specialist nurses, psychiatrists, with access to occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and Psychologists. We use diagnostic gold standard assessment tools including ADOS 2 and QB check.

We are situated on Chorley New road, Bolton between Queens Park and Bolton School. We offer a mix of face to face appointments and video/telephone appointments.
